ABOUT JOSH
MEET JOSH MONGERSON
I am dedicated to empowering individuals through personalized strength training, run coaching, breathwork, and yoga instruction. My journey in fitness began with a deep passion for yoga before expanding into comprehensive training that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. I also offer massage therapy to my clients to help address tissue imbalances, sore muscles, and help heal injuries. I train my clients using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and club swinging.
